Married Barbara in 1973 We were introduced by a friend that I served with in Viet Nam

We have one daughter, Ashley. She and my son-in-law have 2 boys, 4 and 5 years old. My daughter is a bond trader in NYC and my son-in-law owns a tech company in NYC. A little over a year ago they decided to move out of the city and now live across the street from us. It’s great to see my guys every day although life is never quiet anymore.

Memories of Phi Delta Tau                              

Some things never leave you and life in the Phi Delta house is one of the memories that I still keep alive. The friendships made there have a lasting impact. I don’t miss the dash out of the 12-man room on a cold winter morning, but I did enjoy the sessions in the sun room below it before heading over to dinner. Loved the parties and the social life that came from being part of a group of quality people that I called friends.

 Life After Central College

After graduation, I enlisted in the Army and became an Intelligence Officer, serving in Viet Nam. After the service, I worked for a time in Vermont and New Hampshire for the Carling Brewing Company as a sales manager. I came back to New Jersey and owned a power equipment dealership for 35 years. When I sold the company, I wasn’t ready to retire and worked as an insurance agent for some time, ending up at State Farm. Since retiring, I’ve been busy remodeling my own home, my daughter’s, and doing volunteer work for two charity organizations here in Morristown. I also try to fit in as much golf as I can. We like to travel, and we are back and forth to our home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida as often as possible.
